Michael A. Leichtling

Michael's operates his own corporate legal practice covering a broad spectrum of commercial and financial matters complex: mergers and acquisitions, commercial and secured lending, equipment leasing and finance, trade finance, technology finance, corporate finance, venture capital and public financing transactions, partnership, joint venture, and limited liability company transactions, and outsource, licensing, and international transactions.

Michael is a frequent speaker at equipment finance meetings and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers Association, the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association Executive Committee, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Eastern Association of Equipment Lessors. Michael graduated from Northwestern University with a J.D. in 1966 and Binghamton University, State University of New York, with a B.A. in 1963.
