Daniel Sillman

Relevent is the world’s most influential privately-owned sports and media rights organization. Under Daniel’s leadership, Relevent has become the leading creative and strategic partner to the world’s top football properties and secured more than $4 billion in total media rights agreements on behalf of its partners, including the likes of Union of European Football Associations, LALIGA, the Bundesliga, the Premier League, and the English Football Associations.

Daniel began his career founding and operating Compass Management, a multi-family office for professional athletes, which he later sold to FFO in 2015. He then served as the Director of Business Development at RSE Ventures before transitioning to Relevent, where he brought El Clásico to the US for the first time.

As CEO since 2018, Daniel has led Relevent’s transition from a live events company to the global media rights powerhouse it is today. Daniel has been named to Leaders Under 40, Sports Business Journal's Forty Under 40, and Forbes Sports 30 Under 30.

He serves on the Board of Directors for media and technology company Transit as well as RISE - a national non-profit that educates and empowers the sports community to eliminate racial discrimination, champion social justice, and improve race relations. He is also a member of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Miami Host Committee Board of Directors and led an investment round for youth enrichment platform Rocket Youth. In August 2026, Daniel was appointed CEO and head of football operations of the Miami Dolphins.
